9/18/04  The South Dakota Coalition for Shared Parenting is pleased to announce that on Friday, September 17, 2004, a class action civil rights complaint on behalf of all noncustodial parents in South Dakota, was filed in the South Falls, Southern District Court against the State of South Dakota in order the redress the issues of custody and the disparity of access to children between the custodial and noncustodial parents.  It is anticipated that a similar class action civil rights complaint has been filed in 40 or more other states as well.  Click here to review the major complaint.
